Ken has led Peake Design for over 30 years, building a reputation for thoughtful design and careful planning. With a background spanning both construction and design, he values collaboration and client trust. Away from work, Ken enjoys time with his family and his young grandsons.
Since 2014, Leslie has managed the operations of Peake Design with organization and precision. She ensures the team and clients receive consistent support, helping projects run smoothly from start to finish. Outside the office, she enjoys time with family as well as quiet moments spent reading.
James combines technical knowledge with a strong interest in building science and construction. A graduate of SAIT’s Architectural Technology program, he is skilled in multiple design tools and detail-oriented drafting. Beyond work, James spends time with his wife and two sons, and enjoys exploring the Rocky Mountains.
Stuart brings experience in millwork, cabinetry, and project management, giving him a practical perspective on construction and design. At Peake Design, he focuses on accurate drafting and efficient project coordination. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and camping in the Crowsnest Pass.
Kian specializes in serving our commercial clients with focus on compliance, accurate capture of existing facilities, and preparation of permit and construction documents. He is skilled in working across the metric of stakeholders in a project. He is also skilled at finding, catching, and releasing some of the brown trout in our famed Bow River.
Aneesh brings with him professional training and certification as a foreign trained architect. He makes a significant contribution to our studio with his technical and rendering skills. He is a fine cook when not focused on his work with us.
